Absolutely. Authenticity is incredibly important to us at Jasmine Archive, and every piece is carefully checked before being offered for sale.We take great care when sourcing our collection and only offer pieces that we are confident are authentic.Where an item includes its original authenticity card, receipt, serial information or other documentation, this will be clearly stated within the product description.
As many of our pieces are vintage or pre-loved, original packaging and accessories aren't always available.Some pieces may come with their original box, dust bag, authenticity card, tags, receipt or other accessories depending on what has been retained by the previous owner.We will always specify within the individual product description exactly what is included with your purchase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Jasmine Archive, our collection is made up predominantly of vintage, archive and pre-loved pieces. Each item is unique and may naturally show signs of age, previous wear or storage.We carefully inspect, photograph and describe each piece so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing.Where a return is accepted, your refund will be processed following receipt and inspection of the returned item.Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account after it has been processed.Original and return delivery costs will be handled in accordance with the reason for the return and your applicable consumer rights.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.Any return must comply with the requirements and timeframes communicated by Jasmine Archive and with your applicable statutory consumer rights.Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn and unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, with any Jasmine Archive tags or security tags still attached.We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund where an item has been worn, damaged, altered or handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it, where permitted by law.
We take great care when inspecting and describing every piece.If you believe your order has arrived damaged, is materially different from its description, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.We will review the matter and work with you to resolve it.Our vintage and pre-loved pieces may have signs of previous wear that are clearly photographed or described before purchase. These disclosed characteristics are part of the item's condition and should be considered before ordering.
We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible.If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop the shipment and you may instead need to follow the applicable returns procedure.Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom should contact us before returning an item.Any customs charges, import duties or taxes associated with an international order or return are subject to the rules of the relevant country and customs authority.Please contact us before sending an international return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
